    01 · Agreement

    By using this website or engaging Automate With David for services, you agree to these terms. If you are using the site on behalf of a business, you represent that you can bind that business to these terms.

    02 · Services

    We provide managed automation setup and monthly operation inside your own white-labeled sub-account. Scope, pricing, and timelines for a specific engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins. Setup takes real time up front, and customer-facing automations include a human review step by default.

    03 · SMS terms

    If you opt in to text messages, you may receive transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates about your request) and, only with a separate opt-in, promotional messages (occasional offers and service updates). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and carrier charges are your responsibility.

    Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact david@automatewithdavid.io. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking a call or purchasing any service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    04 · Your responsibilities

    You agree to provide accurate information, maintain access to the accounts and tools the automations depend on, and use the services in compliance with applicable law, including messaging and consent rules that apply to your own customers.

    05 · Fees and cancellation

    Monthly services are billed in advance and can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing date. Setup fees, where they apply, are quoted before work begins and are non-refundable once setup is complete.

    06 · Disclaimers and liability

    Automations depend on third-party platforms we do not control, so we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Services are provided as described, without other warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

    07 · Changes

    We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
