Automate With David ("we", "us") provides managed automation services for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to david@automatewithdavid.io.
When you submit the fit call form or book a time, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, mobile phone number, business name, your SMS consent selections, and the appointment details you choose. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, referral source) to understand how people find us.
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and confirm your call, deliver the services you ask for, and, only if you separately opted in, send the categories of text messages described below. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of booking a call or purchasing services. We offer two separate opt-ins: transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates about your request) and promotional messages (occasional offers and service updates). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No third-party sharing. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact david@automatewithdavid.io. Opting out of one category does not affect the other.
We use a small number of service providers (scheduling, CRM, email, and messaging platforms) to operate this site and deliver services. They process your information only on our instructions and only to provide those services. This does not include sharing SMS opt-in data for marketing, which never happens.
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing david@automatewithdavid.io. You can withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP and email consent by using the unsubscribe link in any email.
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
